Launched in the first half of 2016, the Data Processing Center of the University of Zielona Góra Computer Center is located in Building A0 (Campus A, 50 Podgórna Street). In the space of almost 100m2, there are about 30 ICT cabinets installed, which house the main servers and network equipment of the University of Zielona Góra. The hardware equipment of the Data Processing Center allows servers to be connected to the network at 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10GE) or 1 Gigabit Ethernet (1GE). Copper, fiber-optic cabling was laid under the technical floor. The UZ CK Data Processing Center is equipped with a redundant power supply system, which includes dedicated power circuits with their integration with a generator, or UPS equipment (APC SYMMETRA 160 kVA). A node of the nationwide PIONIER fiber-optic network is also located at the UZ Data Processing Center.
